Ray Jordan
Senior Facility Security Officer
Ray Jordan serves as Blue Yonder Defense Solution’s Senior Facility Security Officer. In this role, he is spearheading the execution of comprehensive and industry-leading security measures for Blue Yonder Defense Solutions. He focuses on NISPOM compliance, FOCI mitigation, physical security, access control, intrusion detection and SETA (Security Education Training & Awareness). Jordan ensures industrial security frameworks and compliance with industry standards and regulations for USG customers.
Jordan boasts a distinguished industrial security career spanning over two decades. He has held mission-critical positions at renowned companies such as L-3Harris, Raytheon, Advanced Integration Technologies and Peraton. While in these roles, he has directly supported Naval Airborne Systems and United States Air Force organizations.
Jordan has successfully executed leadership over resources and expertise across nation as a Corporate FSO and Security Advisor. Most recently, he was responsible for ‘33’ FCLs / cage codes and numerous subcontractors to implement Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) directives, resulting in commendable ratings during Security Vulnerability Assessments (SVAs). He also led the deployment of an enterprise-wide sensitive Information System equipment destruction plan returning millions of dollars in contract closure funding to Raytheon and the U.S. government.
Jordan holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas, along with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science / Sociology from the University of North Texas.
